Polypropylene yarn pre-spinning oil is a pre-spinning oil specifically formulated for polypropylene fibers. It offers excellent smoothing, antistatic, and bundling properties. Its strong wetting and penetrating properties ensure uniform fiber oiling and a smooth, stable spinning process. This product is suitable for processing and weaving polypropylene multifilament yarns, textured yarns (such as false twist texturing, steam or air jet texturing, hollow fibers), and shaped yarns in sizes from 68D to 2000D.

How to use Polypropylene yarn pre-spinning oil:

First, add a predetermined amount of soft water to the mixing container. While stirring continuously, slowly add the prescribed amount of pre-spinning oil. Continue stirring for approximately 30 minutes to fully emulsify and homogenize before use. If the pre-spinning oil becomes cloudy during cold weather, allow it to return to clarity at room temperature before use. (If tap water is used instead of soft water, the results will not be affected, but the emulsion may appear slightly cloudy.)

Preparation temperature: 25–30°C

Using concentration: 10–20%

Fiber oil content control range: 1.0–2.0%

Packaging and storage of Polypropylene yarn pre-spinning oil:

Packaging specifications: 200 kg/drum or 25 kg/drum, plastic drum.

Storage conditions: Ideally, store indoors at an ambient temperature between 10–30°C.
