Antistatic agents are suitable for antistatic applications during spinning.

Antistatic agent performance:

(1) It has good water solubility and excellent electrolyte compatibility, is stable to heat and alkali, is non-toxic and has no peculiar smell. No irritation to skin and mucous membranes, safe to use.

(2) It has antistatic properties, smoothness, wettability and corrosion inhibition, which can improve the spinnability of the fiber. There will be no breakage in the drawn yarn, no fuzz, and good luster in the drawn yarn.

(3) It is hygroscopic and still has good antistatic properties at low temperatures. It has good heat resistance and strong oxidation resistance. It does not smoke or coke during hot drawing, and the processed fiber does not turn yellow.

(4) Has good decontamination properties.

Antistatic agent packaging, storage and transportation: 200kg or 50Kg plastic drum packaging.

During use, antistatic agents should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse or shed. If it is stored for a long time, it will not go bad and produce a little precipitation. It should be stirred before use. Store and transport as general chemicals. Shelf life is one year.
