This specially designed treatment agent for polypropylene fibers is like the "blood" of the production line, directly affecting the smoothness of the spinning process and the quality of the final fibers.

Unlike common spinning oil agents, Polypropylene yarn spinning oil requires a specially formulated design based on the characteristics of PP materials. Due to the strong non-polar molecular structure of polypropylene and the low surface energy of the fibers, conventional oiling agents are difficult to effectively wet and spread them. Therefore, high-quality PP spinning oil must address the following key issues:


Super strong wetting ability: A specially designed surfactant system ensures complete wetting of the fiber surface within milliseconds


Precise friction control: The dynamic friction coefficient should be controlled within the range of 0.20 to 0.35, and the static friction coefficient should be maintained between 0.25 and 0.40


Excellent thermal stability: It does not decompose, volatilize or coke at the PP spinning temperature (typically 200-300℃)
